Hire rates are for equipment only and do not include supply of power.
Imperial Thermal can advise on suitable generator types for use in place of an on-site 3-phase supply.

After sales, Servicing & Warranties
All of Imperial Thermal’s Equipment range is covered by a one year limited warranty. Our warranty is valid subject to terms and conditions (but only when service conditions are met!). Like a car our equipment needs regular care and maintenance by owners and operators. And like a car your equipment will tell you when it needs servicing! Our equipment has proven to be reliable and a workhorse but we can’t avoid the fact that damage does happen! We service and repair your equipment to ensure you continue to get the best out of it! And all parts are repairable or replaceable!

& Events

We carry out demonstrations on customer sites, at our head office and at manufacturers training centres.

Training &
Technical Support
Whether hiring or buying, knowing how to use and get the best out of our equipment is essential!
When we deliver your hire we will train your on site team. When you buy a piece of equipment from us you will receive training at your equipment’s destination. We can also train at locations to suit your individual requirements subject to terms and availability.
Site Personnel trained in the use of our equipment will receive a certificate from us.
We are happy to provide as much remote support as is required to help you out with your equipment queries and our helpful user guides provide a range of troubleshooting tips.
